How my passion for autograph collecting,

began 39 years ago ! 

In 1980, there was an advertisement flyer for You Boutique, and television actress, Linda Gray from 'Dallas' was on the flyer. 

My eldest daughter was three months old when we went to meet Linda Gray from the popular TV show 'Dallas'!

Featuring Larry Hagman, as tycoon J.R. Ewing & his wife, Sue Ellen Ewing, (portrayed by Linda Gray) wasHUGEin 1980.

It happened to be the day You Boutique,, (quaint boutique near the river bend area at South Carrollton Ave. & St. Charles Ave. in New Orleans),  invited  Ms. Gray  to promote their designs, and potential customers were greeted by Ms. Linda Gray, 

when asked to sign, she happily obliged.

Ms. Gray was so gracious and more beautiful than she appeared on television, meeting people and signing autographs.

It was exciting to say the least.

Ms. Gray kissed my daughter Jennifer's hand, then she signed,

'Happy Birthday! You have a beautiful baby girl!'

Over the years of collecting ​autographed autobiographies, photographs and other memorabilia ~

Then working concerts as a stage technician, meeting so many performers, attending signings, famous musicians at concerts, in the French Quarter, at conventions and purchasing from other reputable collectors

w/Certificates of Authenticity.

In ​1985, at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans Airport, a movie

No Mercy' w/Richard Gere & Kim Basinger was being shot.

I  was actually ^very fortunate to get both^ of their autographs on an 8x10 studio photograph and became an 'extra' in the film!

There are several other studio shots from 'No Mercy' included with signed photo as well.
